We Finally Launched. Not Perfectly. But Honestly.

Launching a product is terrifying. We spend weeks, sometimes months, refining every pixel, writing tests, and convincing ourselves that "just one more feature" will make it perfect.

But here is the truth: it is never going to be perfect.

We finally launched our recent project. It was not polished, some edge cases failed, and the UI was a bit rough in places. But we shipped it anyway. And guess what? We got our first client.

Facing the Rejection

Before we got that first "yes," we faced about a dozen rejections. Some people ignored our emails, others told us the product was not ready, and a few said they simply didn't need it.

Here is what we learned from those rejections:

1. Feedback is gold: Every rejection came with a reason. We used those reasons to iterate daily.
2. Timing matters: Sometimes the product is good, but the client is not ready. That is fine.
3. Keep it simple: Our initial pitch was too complicated. Once we simplified it, people started understanding the value immediately.

What We Built

We focused on a clean, minimal dashboard that solved exactly one problem: managing student project submissions and feedback loops. No bloated integrations. No complicated setup. Just:

• Instant link sharing
